the band took a trip down to lawrence, ks to play a rock festival. it was a hot southern summer, just what summer should be, complete with a late night thunderstorm or two. we played a pretty good show and had a great time. we got stuck on a bill with some young emo bands so i think we were able to show them the meaning of “rock”.
